1. Who handles your data

Igor Grebennikov operates Jaw Drop Renders as an individual creator based in the Dominican Republic. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@igorgrebennikov.com. Lemon Squeezy handles new checkout and payment data under its own privacy notice. Gumroad retains records for earlier purchases.

2. Information we use

• Account details: your email, name if supplied, login and account identifiers, and authentication records.
• Course activity: your enrollment, lesson progress, and access to the pre-order bonuses.
• Purchase records: Lemon Squeezy and historical Gumroad order identifiers, purchase and refund status, product identifier, and the email needed to link the order to your account. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
• Support messages: the information you include when emailing us, including order details needed to solve a problem.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site and its backend, such as request metadata and server logs.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, confirm purchases, provide classroom and bonus access, track your progress, send essential account or course messages, respond to support and refund requests, prevent abuse, and maintain records where required. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers and links

Supabase hosts authentication and course records. Lemon Squeezy processes new checkout payments and receipts; Gumroad processed earlier purchases. Brevo may deliver account or course emails. Bonus download instructions link to files hosted on Google Drive; opening those links is subject to Google’s own privacy practices. These providers may process data in other countries under their own security and privacy terms.

5. Storage and retention

Authentication uses a browser session so you can stay signed in. We retain account and course information while your account is active and as needed to provide purchased access, handle disputes, comply with record-keeping obligations, and protect the service. If you ask us to delete your account, some transaction and legal records may still need to be retained. We do not claim a fixed retention period for records whose required duration depends on the transaction or applicable law.

6. Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or ask a question about its use, by writing to contact@igorgrebennikov.com. We may need to verify your identity before changing an account. Applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights. For payment data held by the checkout provider, consult your receipt or contact that provider.

7. Updates

We may update this policy when the service or our providers change. The current date will appear at the top of this page. Contact contact@igorgrebennikov.com with any privacy concern.
