Policy.
Last updated October 1, 2026. The pre-order is a one-time purchase. Here is how to request a refund.
1. Our 30-day refund window
You may request a refund within 30 days after buying the Jaw Drop Renders course pre-order. Email contact@igorgrebennikov.com from your purchase email and include your purchase reference if available. We will review the request and arrange any approved refund through the payment provider to the original payment method.
2. What a pre-order includes
The purchase gives classroom access and three bonus asset downloads after confirmed payment. The video course is planned for November 29, 2026 and is not available at the time of pre-order. If the release is delayed or the course is not delivered as described, contact us. This 30-day policy does not take away any mandatory rights you may have for delayed, defective, or misdescribed digital content.
3. After a refund
If your purchase is refunded, access to the course and associated pre-order bonuses may end. Because a third-party provider processes the payment, the timing for funds to return depends on the payment method and the provider’s process. Your receipt will identify the payment provider.
4. Your statutory rights and payment providers
New checkouts are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Previous Gumroad purchases remain valid and are handled under the terms shown at their checkout. If applicable law or your payment provider gives you stronger rights than this page, those rights continue to apply. Questions about the course can be sent to contact@igorgrebennikov.com.
